Baker Tilly is seeking an Experienced Tax Associate to join our Global Mobility Services (GMS) practice. This role focuses on expatriate tax planning, consulting, and compliance for inbound and outbound assignees, with opportunities for career growth and flexible work arrangements.

You will work on international income tax, social security, payroll tax, and assignment planning services, collaborating with HR, tax, and payroll teams across Baker Tilly member firms worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Accounting or related field.
• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Interest in pursuing CPA, JD or EA.

Responsibilities

• Prepare U.S. individual income tax returns for inbound/outbound assignees.
• Participate in arrival and departure tax meetings for expatriates.
• Prepare payroll estimates including hypothetical tax and shadow payroll.
• Collaborate with corporate clients and assignees.
