Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a seasoned Global Head of Employee Mobility to lead our worldwide mobility portfolio, including immigration, relocation, and cross-border compliance. The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in an HPE office, and reports to the VP of Global Benefits and Mobility.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in global mobility in a senior leadership role.
• Experience leading global mobility in a large multinational.
• Proven experience developing and implementing global mobility strategy, governance frameworks, and enterprise-wide programs.
• Experience leading global teams and managing complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, transformations, and large-scale workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead HPE's global mobility portfolio, including immigration, relocation, mobility tax, and cross-border workforce compliance.
• Define and execute global employee mobility strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce priorities.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting, vendor spend, and program cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments and labor market trends, adapting policies accordingly.
• Lead senior leadership advisory on mobility matters and govern across jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain global governance frameworks, policies, controls, and compliance standards across all mobility programs.
