Job summary

TikTok is seeking a mobility-focused professional to design and implement global mobility processes, partnering with Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement. You will provide data-driven insights and serve as the subject matter expert for employees, candidates, and HR stakeholders.

The role involves coordinating with regional teams, managing mobility vendors, and ensuring compliance across countries. Experience in onboarding/offboarding and a CS/HR tech background is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year working experience on mobility, HR process, onboarding or offboarding.
• Background in Computer Science, Data Science, or HR Tech platforms with AI-driven mindset (preferred).
• Knowledge of onboarding workflows, compensation, tax implications (global/mobility tax).
• Hands-on experience with Day 1 orientations and end-to-end lifecycle processes (onboarding to offboarding).
• Strong planning, organization, and cross-functional coordination with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Advise Employees, Candidates, HR and stakeholders as mobility expert.
• Design and implement mobility processes with Global Tax, Payroll, Legal, and Procurement.
• Provide data-driven insights with the Performance & Incentives team.
• Coordinate with cross-regional counterparts for alignment and results.
• Manage mobility vendors including immigration, relocation, tax, and destination services.
