Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando, FL, seeks a Manager, Global Mobility Operations and Programs to govern mobility processes through the assignee lifecycle. You will coordinate with Talent and Culture, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and vendors to manage relocations, tax compliance, and policy guidance.

You will implement scalable programs, monitor performance, and communicate clearly with assignees and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Global Remuneration or Mobility Certification preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant HR/Global Mobility experience.
• Experience in international payroll and relocation management preferred.
• Vendor management experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Own global mobility processes, controls, service standards, and operating procedures across mobility vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Establish roles, handoffs, escalation paths, documentation requirements, and service expectations; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Manage the assignee lifecycle for relocations and international administrative changes.
• Manage mobility policies and guidelines to support compliance with legal, tax, and local employment requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, Talent and Culture, and vendors to implement changes and educate stakeholders.
