Job summary

Universal Orlando Resort is seeking a Manager, Global Mobility Operations and Programs to govern mobility processes across the assignee lifecycle, coordinating with Talent and Culture, Finance, Payroll, and external vendors.

You will lead policy development, manage tax lifecycle, and ensure compliance with global and domestic requirements while maintaining clear communications with assignees and stakeholders.

• Ability to organize and analyze data and presentation materials
• Solid knowledge of compensation, benefits, international payroll and mobility services
• Solid knowledge of tax compliance
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
• Experience in vendor management
• Results-oriented with ability to simplify complexity
• Multilingual skills related to business preferred
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Responsibilities

• Own global mobility processes, controls and service standards across vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Establish roles, escalation paths and documentation; monitor performance and drive corrective actions.
• Manage the assignee lifecycle for relocations and international changes.
• Oversee mobility policies to ensure compliance with tax and local employment requirements.
• Collaborate with Legal, Tax, Payroll, Finance, and Talent & Culture to implement changes and educate stakeholders.
• Manage the end-to-end mobility tax lifecycle and data accuracy.
• Develop timely communications for assignees and stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate content with internal SMEs and external providers; maintain templates and distributions.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities as per policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
