Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Global Mobility Program Manager, Tax to design and operate mobility tax strategy for international and domestic assignments, cross-border transfers, and mobility-related reporting. You will translate complex tax requirements into actionable policies and provide cost projections, briefings, and move documentation for mobile employees.

In this individual contributor role, you will collaborate with Payroll, Corporate Tax, Finance, Legal, People, and business leaders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or business-traveler compliance.
• Experience in an in-house mobility tax function or tax advisory firm.
• Strong knowledge of income tax, payroll withholding, social security, and tax equalization.
• Experience building mobility tax policies, controls, and workflows for a global company.
• Excellent project management with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience managing external tax advisors and mobility technology.
• Highly organized, data-driven with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication to translate technical tax requirements for teams.
• Analytical thinker in fast-paced environments with deadlines.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Develop the global mobility tax framework, governance, and service model with Corporate Tax.
• Create policies for international/domestic assignments, cross-border transfers, and mobility scenarios.
• Support global expansion, ensuring compliance in international jurisdictions.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Corporate Tax, Finance, Legal, People, and leaders to identify tax implications.
• Assist employees with cost projections, briefings, and move documentation.
• Provide clear guidance on mobility questions and ensure a high-quality employee experience.
• Establish reporting, playbooks, and decision frameworks.
• Manage external tax advisors and vendors, ensuring service quality and delivery.
• Monitor regulatory changes and strengthen policies and controls.
