Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a candidate to assist the expatriate management team in New Windsor. This role involves coordinating expatriate management processes, ensuring legal status compliance, supporting cultural adaptation, and preparing necessary documentation.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related area and be adept at managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

Pay is $18.00/hr, with the actual salary dependent on experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related area.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with supervisor to monitor and implement expatriate management process, including recruiting and on boarding.
• Monitor expatriates’ legal status in the U.S., assist with applications, extensions, or renewals.
• Provide service regarding cultural adaptation and safety in the U.S.
• Prepare official letters, reports, and other paperwork in Chinese for HO.
• Analyze and evaluate expatriates’ turnovers and demands.
• Maintain the monthly Chinese staff list and report to HO quarterly.
• Participate and/or manage ad-hoc projects as needed.
