Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a HR professional to manage expatriate operations, personnel data, and related reporting. The role entails onboarding, transfers and ensuring compliance with regulatory and HO policies while supporting information management for expatriates in the U.S.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in HR, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in HR management or related areas.
• 1–3 years of HR experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin required.

Responsabilités

• Expatriate management: recruitment, onboarding, transfers and returns.
• Maintain expatriate information databases and monitor legal status.
• Coordinate salary adjustments and ensure policy adherence across HO and local regs.
• Support staff information reporting and ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Liaise with Head Office and other branches to implement policies.
