Bank of China USA seeks an HR professional to support expatriate management and related HR duties in New York. This role handles recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing compliance for expatriates, while maintaining accurate staff data and participating in ad-hoc initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 1–3 years of HR experience, and strong bilingual English/Chinese communication. Proficiency in MS Office is essential; a global bank environment is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred in HR Management or related area.
• At least 1–3 years of HR related work experience.
• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, time management and organizational skills are needed for this position.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is a must

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and implement expatriate management programs, including recruiting, on boarding, promotion, transferring and returning.
• Review and update all Expatriate Management related policies and procedures, standardize and execute policies and procedures, under HO guidance.
• Analyze and evaluate the Bank’s expatriate turnovers and demands.
• Coordinate events requiring expatriates’ participation, including training and mentoring programs.
• Calculate and adjust expatriates’ salary and compensation upon initial arrival and position adjustments.
• Monitor and ensure expatriates’ legal status in the U.S., and assist with visa and passport applications.
• Liaise with HO, maintain HR-related systems to support expatriate management projects.
• Write business reports and maintain data and records in projects.
• Communicate with branches globally on expatriate management projects.
• Incorporate HO policies with local regulations and risk governance frameworks
