Job summary

Fisher Investments in Plano, TX is seeking a Senior Global Mobility & Immigration Program Manager to lead strategy, governance and modernization of mobility programs across regions. You will advise senior leaders, design scalable solutions, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure compliant, cost-efficient talent deployment while enhancing employee experience.

You will partner with Legal, HC and Finance to drive international expansion, succession planning and workforce mobility

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Approximately 5 years in global mobility, immigration, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex programs with senior stakeholders.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving and change management capabilities.
• Ability to translate strategy into clear policies, governance and scalable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own and advance the global mobility and immigration strategy, roadmap and governance framework.
• Advise senior leaders on mobility, immigration, workforce planning and international expansion.
• Direct domestic and international mobility programs to support growth, compliance and cost management.
• Oversee immigration program governance to maintain work authorization and mitigate risk.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from strategy through implementation and governance.
• Drive program modernization through process improvement and scalable design.
• Partner with leaders, Legal and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Guide high-risk mobility matters including executive relocations and country expansions.
• Own mobility budgets, forecasting, vendor spend oversight and reporting.
