Job summary

Fisher Investments is seeking an International Marketing Program Manager to drive performance marketing and lead generation across international markets. The role collaborates with internal teams and external agencies to develop campaigns, optimize content, and report on results.

You will contribute to budgeting and forecasting, ensure compliance, and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing focusing on performance-based lead generation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Highly detail-oriented with quality control across ads, offers and landing pages.
• Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to performance marketing.

Responsibilities

• Support partners to develop, complete and report on lead gen campaigns to hit goals.
• Lead marketing relationships with external media agencies and optimize content and landing pages.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting and contract routing processes.
• Collaborate with in-house marketing agency to support creative and landing page development in regional markets.
• Conduct market and competitor research and communicate opportunities to leadership.
• Build performance reports from dashboards and present opportunities to Senior Management.
• Ensure compliance with regional policies and risk management through processes.
• Identify process improvements and lead projects to implement solutions.
• Work in a multicultural team across the globe on various tasks.
