Qualifications

• Demonstrated cross-functional leadership with multiple high-visibility projects.
• Experience managing product development programs end-to-end.
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
• Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and project management standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate cross-functional program releases including risks, schedule, quality, and cost.
• Deliver product performance KPIs from ideation to mass production.
• Act as GM for new product development for assigned line.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans and track progress.
• Spot resource gaps and coordinate actions.
• Use KPIs and data to drive decisions across teams.
• Communicate across global teams to support the business.
