Job summary

Samsara, a pioneer in Connected Operations Cloud, seeks a Global Benefits and Mobility Partner to own mobility programs and immigration operations globally. You will collaborate with Recruiting, Legal, and external partners to deliver compliant, high-quality mobility experiences while growing LOA and benefits knowledge.

This is a remote-friendly role open to the US with regional scope for mobility programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing immigration and mobility programs across multiple countries
• Strong policy interpretation and compliance knowledge
• Ability to design and implement AI-supported workflows to improve processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Own and administer global mobility and immigration programs, policies, and processes
• Serve as expert contact for immigration, international assignments, relocations, visa sponsorships, and related matters
• Identify opportunities to simplify and scale processes using AI and automation
• Partner with People, Recruiting, Legal, and analytics to design workflows
• Develop clear policies, guides, and self-service resources for mobility questions
• Measure impact via case timelines, service quality, and stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate with external partners including immigration, tax, relocation vendors
• Develop LOA and benefits knowledge and coordinate related cases
