Job summary

You will translate business priorities into a multi-year strategy and sponsor transformation while holding teams accountable for outcomes.

You will lead policy transformation, define segmentation, drive adoption, and oversee a governance-driven operating model.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in global mobility or related corporate function.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level strategy, operating models and measurable outcomes.
• Commercial governance experience with vendors and executives.
• Excellent influencing, negotiation and decision-making in matrixed governance environments.
• Experience leading managers and globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Set the enterprise mobility experience strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Advise senior leaders on investments, trade-offs and impacts; represent mobility in governance forums.
• Sponsor cross-functional alignment and drive adoption of initiatives across regions.
• Lead policy transformation, defining philosophy, segmentation and decision rights.
• Balance experience with compliance, cost and agility; assess effectiveness with various insights.
• Define partner strategy and lead relevant RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Lead mobility talent strategy and integration across talent development and deployment.
