The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA seeks a Director, Global Mobility Experience to set enterprise mobility strategy and governance across regions and assignment types, serving employees, families, business stakeholders and delivery partners.

You will lead policy transformation, operating model changes, and partner with relocation, tax, immigration, and technology to deliver measurable improvements in employee experience and cost controls across a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in global mobility, employee experience, HR delivery, policy, transformation or a related global function.
• Experience delivering enterprise strategy, multi-year operating models and measurable outcomes; global policy or transformation leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced study in HR, business, law, organisational design or a related field advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Set the experience vision and multi-year roadmap across the employee lifecycle.
• Sponsor policy transformation, defining philosophy, segmentation and decision rights; approve major changes before governance escalation.
• Own service channels, tiers, roles, hand-offs and escalations; redesign lifecycle to reduce friction and strengthen controls.
• Define partner strategy with relocation, tax, immigration and technology; lead relevant RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Lead mobility talent strategy and integration with talent development; advise on cross-border work models and business transformations.
• Define scorecards for experience, quality, cost, cycle time, policy, risk, vendors and transformation; report to executives.
