Job summary

Intrepid Global Solutions in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Global Mobility Coordinator to manage employee mobilization, deployment, immigration, visa processing, travel, and workforce movement for domestic and international assignments. You will work closely with employees and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and readiness for host nation requirements.

The role involves coordinating documentation, schedules, travel logistics, and records; supporting audits and continuous improvement; and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of relevant experience; Associate degree and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Bachelor’s degree and one (1) year of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience includes global mobility, deployment operations, immigration, visa processing, travel coordination, workforce mobilization, human resources, or related administrative functions.
• Experience supporting government contractors, overseas programs, international assignments, or Department of Defense deployment activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate mobilization, deployment, immigration, visa, travel, and assignment readiness.
• Develop and maintain deployment schedules and workforce readiness tracking.
• Coordinate and validate assignment documentation (passports, visas, work permits, etc.).
• Monitor readiness and identify missing documentation or deployment obstacles.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics for deployments and business travel.
• Serve as primary contact for employees needing assistance with mobilization and deployment requirements.
• Partner with HR, Security, Contracts, Finance, Travel, and customers to facilitate mobility activities.
• Maintain mobility records, assignment tracking, reports, and readiness data.
• Support audits, reporting, compliance reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Assist with documentation of procedures and best practices for global mobility and travel ops.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
