Plus Relocation is seeking a Global Mobility Counselor to guide employees through relocations with care and expertise. This is a full-time, non-exempt role based in Minneapolis, MN with hybrid or remote US options.

You will serve as the primary contact for relocating employees, educate clients on benefits and timelines, coordinate with mobility suppliers, and maintain strong client relationships. The salary ranges from $59,000 to $75,000 annually, with generous benefits and performance bonuses.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) or Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designation.

Compensation and Benefits Summary

This role offers a salary range of $59,000 – $75,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:
