This role drives growth across the global mining sector, engaging with the C‑suite to shape strategy, investments, and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience within the mining industry and a strong understanding of mining operations, water management, or related infrastructure
• Established network across major mining companies, engineering firms, consultants, and industry stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing strategic accounts and driving significant commercial growth
• Experience selling or commercializing complex engineered, technical, or solution-based offerings
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and translate them into growth initiatives
• Executive presence with experience engaging C-suite and senior operational leadership within mining organizations
• Ability to operate effectively within a global matrix environment and influence without direct authority
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large, complex opportunities from identification through execution
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating resources across multiple regions
• Passion for helping mining customers improve operational performance, sustainability outcomes, and water stewardship

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global growth strategy for the mining vertical
• Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, priority segments, and strategic accounts
• Build and strengthen executive-level relationships with major mining companies and key industry stakeholders
• Develop and scale integrated solutions combining water treatment, mine dewatering, digital technologies, and service offerings
• Partner with regional commercial teams to advance strategic opportunities and support complex pursuits
• Drive increased market penetration, revenue growth, and customer share of wallet within the mining sector
• Serve as the internal mining industry expert, translating market intelligence into business strategy and investment priorities
• Align product, engineering, operations, service, and commercial teams around key mining opportunities
• Govern major mining pursuits and support the replication of successful customer solutions globally
• Provide executive leadership with industry insights, performance recommendations, and growth opportunities
