Job summary

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Professional registration in local jurisdiction preferred.
• Significant project management and supervisory experience in mining EPCM/EPC environments.
• Experience leading large/mega mining projects with elevated risk and complex delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Make strategic decisions for large-scale projects and oversee program implementation.
• Provide direction and ensure delivery aligns with contract requirements.
• Lead project personnel through subordinate leaders and manage performance.
• Demonstrate leadership to meet Worley’s policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to solve complex challenges.
