Job summary

You will operate across engineering, technology, project execution, commercial, supply chain, finance, HR, and regional teams in a matrix organization to drive measurable results.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program management and cross-functional execution.
• Ability to translate strategy into structured implementation plans with KPIs.
• Experience building dashboards, KPIs, and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operating cadence, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Convert priorities into executable programs with defined scope and owners.
• Coordinate across functions, ensuring governance and accountability.
• Manage stakeholder agreements, resources, schedules, and delivery.
