Job summary

Aquatech International LLC is seeking a Program Manager - Business Execution & Integration to translate strategy into actionable internal programs with clear scope, owners, and milestones across engineering, technology, project execution, commercial, supply chain, finance, and regional teams.

In a matrix organization, you will establish governance, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting cadences, coordinating across functions and partner Aquatech groups to drive accountability and measurable

Qualifications

• Significant experience in program management, business operations, engineering, organizational transformation, or similar cross-functional execution roles.
• Convert strategy and objectives into structured implementation plans, schedules, milestones, owners, KPIs, and measurable results.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, reporting systems, governance processes, and management routines.
• Strong business and financial understanding with the ability to organize and communicate business-performance information.
• Experience working in complex matrix organizations coordinating across functions, regions, and partner organizations.
• Ability to establish clear stakeholder agreements regarding scope, responsibilities, interfaces, resources, schedules, deliverables, and accountability.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with disciplined action tracking and follow-through.
• Ability to influence teams and reinforce accountability without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating rhythm, dashboards, KPIs, action tracking, decision logs, and reporting processes across the organization.
• Convert priorities into executable internal programs with defined scope, owners, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, and KPIs.
• Coordinate implementation across functions and organizations while retaining ownership of technical scope and deliverables.
• Translate global strategy into practical organizational actions with governance, interfaces, and implementation activities.
