• Significant experience in program management or cross-functional execution.
• Ability to convert strategy into structured implementation plans with milestones and KPIs.
• Experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and governance processes.
• Strong ability to coordinate across matrix organizations and multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain operating cadence, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for Microelectronics.
• Translate strategy into executable internal programs with defined scope and ownership across functions.
• Coordinate global execution models, governance, and organizational interfaces for growth.
• Manage stakeholder agreements, scopes, resources, and accountability across Aquatech and partner organizations.
