Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Senior Program Manager - Business Execution & Integration to drive internal strategy execution across engineering, operations, and business functions in a global matrix environment. The role emphasizes governance, accountability, and measurable results through structured programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience.
Experience converting strategy into structured implementation plans, schedules, owners, KPIs, and measurable results.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain operating cadence, dashboards, KPIs, action tracking, and reporting.
Convert priorities into executable internal programs with defined scope, owners, schedules, KPIs, and completion criteria.
Translate global strategy into actionable organizational actions with governance and interfaces.
Develop and maintain working agreements across matrix organizations and partner ecosystems.
