Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Microelectronics Project Manager to guide technical execution for global semiconductor, advanced packaging, solar manufacturing, and data center projects. You will coordinate engineering groups across UPW, WWT, reclaim, and ZLD systems while driving schedules, risk reviews, startup readiness, and customer interfaces.

Ideal candidates hold a 4-year engineering degree, 10+ years in industrial or semiconductor projects, and experience with EPC or design-build delivery; travel

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
10+ years in industrial or semiconductor project delivery.
Experience with utility and process systems (UPW/WWT/ZLD) is required.

Responsibilities

Lead technical execution strategy and align programs across global teams.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, electrical, I&C, automation, construction).
Drive decision-making, issue resolution, and schedule alignment.
Support startup planning, qualification, and turnover activities.
Engage with customers and support executive-level design reviews.
