Job summary

Peloton Interactive is seeking a Senior Engineer for Dimensional Engineering and Metrology to lead Peloton’s global measurement standards and metrology lab. You will serve as the SME for GD&T and ensure design intent translates into manufacturing reality, bridging Hardware Engineering and Quality with a focus on long-term product quality.

You will own the Metrology Lab roadmap, drive data-driven tolerance analysis, perform high-precision inspections, and mentor teams worldwide.

Qualifications

10+ years in Dimensional Engineering/Metrology with 3+ years in a tech lead role.
Strong GD&T knowledge and ability to lead cross-functional reviews.
Experience with high-volume manufacturing and Asia-based partners.

Responsibilities

Own the Metrology Lab roadmap, manage CapEx and global measurement processes.
Define corporate GD&T standards and lead data-driven tolerance analyses.
Establish measurement correlation protocols and conduct technical audits with partners.
Oversee CNC-CMM and 3D scanning inspections; drive root-cause investigations.
Partner with Quality and Hardware teams to implement DFI principles.
Mentor and develop metrology training across the organization.
