Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in dimensional metrology.
• Expert-level proficiency with Polyworks or similar software.
• Scripting and automation of inspection workflows.
• Strong GD&T and measurement uncertainty analysis.
• Proven track record of metrology solutions in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as hands-on technical authority for applied dimensional measurement.
• Develop and deploy novel metrology technology applications.
• Design or procure new measurement equipment as needed.
• Support measurement system analysis (MSA) and CAPEX decisions.
• Oversee calibration management and ensure compliance with standards.
• Drive automation to enable scalable, repeatable metrology outputs.
