Job summary

TOMZ seeks a driven Quality Engineer to own measurement strategy for a regulated medical device environment. You will architect metrology methods, lead inspection execution, and resolve complex measurement challenges with CMMs, vision systems, and gages.

The role requires 4+ years in regulated manufacturing, GD&T proficiency, and DMIS or similar programming experience. Travel up to 5% and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support GDP/GMP improvements.

Qualifications

• Regulated manufacturing experience required (4+ years).
• Experience in GD&T and measurement programming systems.
• Proficiency with metrology equipment: CMMs, vision systems, gages.
• Strong English communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
• Oversee gauge calibration and measurement system performance.
• Develop test methods and inspection instructions within GDP/GMP framework.
• Support materials chemistry and mechanical testing as needed.
