Job summary

Sun Chemical is seeking a Manager, Messaging Systems to lead the global administration of enterprise messaging and mobile device services. You will oversee Exchange, 365 messaging, and hybrid environments, driving security and reliability.

You will lead a global team, partner with IT and vendors, and manage projects from planning through implementation, while aligning with ITIL and governance practices for compliance and service improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Exchange Manager, Messaging Manager or IT Manager with staff and budgets.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Exchange Server, Windows Server and AD.
• Experience administering Exchange Online, M365, and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of security, incident management, and IT governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Exchange Server and Microsoft 365 messaging across hybrid, on prem, and cloud.
• Maintain high availability, incident resolution, and performance improvements.
• Strengthen email security via SPF, DKIM, DMARC and threat protection.
• Lead global mobile device administration and security policies.
• Drive projects from planning through implementation and migration.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor global and offshore messaging resources and ensure service delivery.
• Use metrics and feedback to drive automation, reliability, and user satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation for audits, risk, governance, and retention.
