Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or Retail Technology leadership.
• 5+ years supporting Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, or Retail Operations.
• Experience in large-scale retail or omni-channel organizations.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product vision and roadmaps for Merchandising Systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Merchandising, Planning, Retail Operations, and IT.
• Lead requirements workshops, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Drive adoption through training and change management.
