Job summary

SKECHERS is seeking a Product Manager for Retail Corporate Systems to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of merchandising planning tools and enterprise systems. You will work with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to enhance forecasting, planning, and data-driven decision making.

The role requires experience in product management within retail planning technology and enterprise implementations, with a focus on delivering integrated solutions across ERP, POS, and BI platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or comparable relevant degree.
• 5+ years of product management or program management experience in retail-focused businesses.
• Proven experience with enterprise retail tools (O9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, JDA, SAP, Oracle, Anaplan) with strong preference for O9.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for merchandising planning systems.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning, inventory, and supply chain teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Lead end-to-end implementation, upgrades, and integration of merchandising planning systems.
