Job summary

Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Merchandising professional to manage and grow product assortments across distributor markets. You will own the product lines, line sheets, and inventory coordination, ensuring alignment with regional needs and growth goals.

You will analyze sales trends, forecast opportunities, and present findings in cross-market forums. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of merchandising experience, extensive SKU knowledge, strong Excel skills, and comfort with presentations

Qualifications

• 4+ years of merchandising experience with a large volume of SKUs.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• International experience preferred.
• Sales/wholesale background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own product line assortments and brand initiatives for each market.
• Manage product availability, sales samples, and trends for distributor partners.
• Analyze sales by country and identify opportunities for growth.
• Prepare line sheets, new adds/drops, and reductions across markets.
• Attend meetings with partners to discuss business needs and strategy.
• Communicate product and business information regularly across regions.
