Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Director of International Membership Systems, Operations and Analytics to lead the CRM platform and analytics across Hong Kong, Indonesia and future countries. You’ll shape business processes for fundraising, gift processing, data governance and reporting, guiding data-driven decisions that grow revenue and donor impact.

You will oversee architecture, vendor relationships, and a hub-and-spoke team in multiple countries, driving efficient donor-centric operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in IT or related field as a business professional.
• Experience with CRM or marketing tech and change management.
• Ability to analyze and model business processes and recommend solutions.
• Experience with IT systems and software development methodologies.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with report development and cross-functional adoption.
• Data visualization skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Supervisory or multi-country team leadership experience.
• Experience in customer management, vendor management and SLAs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; project management experience.
• English proficiency required.
