The Nature Conservancy is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Global Priorities fundraising team. You will manage donor data in BBCRM, generate actionable reports, and coordinate complex scheduling across fundraisers and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 1 year of experience.
• Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines.
• Experience communicating with a wide range of people.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor and prospect data in BBCRM and produce reports.
• Pull and analyze fundraising reports and track portfolio activity.
• Coordinate scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Support fundraising strategies and materials for strategy discussions.
• Ensure data integrity to guide engagement plans and decision making.
• Develop and refine processes/workflows for team efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot system questions and implement improvements.
• Provide administrative support and contribute on special projects as needed.
