Job summary

The Nature Conservancy seeks a Development Coordinator to support fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team, focusing on data management, reporting, calendaring, and process coordination.

You will collaborate with the Associate Director of Development Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure data integrity, produce actionable reports, manage donor data in BBCRM, and help plan donor engagement and internal planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience or equivalent combination.
• Experience managing data in CRM systems.
• Experience coordinating calendars and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising strategy and operations for the Global Priorities team.
• Maintain donor data and run actionable reports in BBCRM.
• Coordinate complex scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and document processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
