Connectivity Standards Alliance seeks a motivated Membership Operations Specialist to drive service, outreach, and strategic support for our global Alliance membership. You will manage onboarding, access, data accuracy, and KPI reporting while partnering with multiple departments to modernize how we engage members.

The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, and a digital-first approach to processes, with remote work in the Pacific Time Zone and standard core

Formación

• 4-6 years of experience in a similar role with cross-functional responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading process or technology improvements.
• Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Certification, Finance, Marketing, IT).
• CRM experience required; HubSpot experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to engage executives and members.
• High attention to data accuracy, integrity, and detail; proactive follow-up.

Responsabilidades

• Own and elevate membership operations processes end-to-end, onboarding and access.
• Support member retention and growth with lifecycle engagement strategies.
• Be the strategic face of the Alliance for help desk inquiries and resolutions.
• Drive AI and digital-first innovation for workflows and tooling.
• Own membership data management and monthly KPI reporting.
• Champion digital-first process improvements across the organization.
• Provide support for 3x/year member meetings; ensure compliance.
• Proactively communicate with the Membership Operations Manager on issues and ideas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
