International Medical Group is seeking a Patient Transport Specialist to coordinate complex, high-acuity medical and logistical cases within our 24/7 global assistance operation. You will manage end-to-end planning and execution with international providers, transportation vendors, and medical teams to ensure safe, timely, and compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in global assistance, medical assistance, travel assistance, patient logistics, or complex operations coordination.
• Proven ability to manage high-acuity, time-critical, and multi-stakeholder cases with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• High attention to detail with consistent documentation accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a 24/7 operational environment

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex global assistance cases from intake through resolution, including medical admissions, transports, repatriations, evacuations, and other high-acuity scenarios.
• Coordinate logistics across multiple countries, time zones, and service providers while supporting continuity of care and consistent service delivery.
• Serve as the primary coordination point for assigned cases, maintaining situational awareness and clear next steps throughout the case lifecycle.
