Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director, Medical Communications in Princeton, NJ to serve as the senior communications leader and strategic partner to the SVP of Global Medical Affairs and the Medical Leadership Team. You will design and deliver integrated internal and external communications strategies that advance Medical's priorities and scientific leadership.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated business acumen in life sciences or pharmaceutical industries.
- Proven ability to counsel and influence senior leaders.
- Hands-on experience developing executive materials and communications.
Responsibilities
- Develops integrated, multi‑channel communications plans for Medical's mission and priorities.
- Provides executive communications counsel to the SVP of Global Medical and Leadership Team.
- Collaborates across Corporate Affairs and Medical leadership to ensure alignment with enterprise messaging.
