AstraZeneca seeks a Director, IT Business Partner – Global Medical Affairs to lead the technology strategy for Medical Affairs in the Rare Disease Unit, aligning IT with global Medical priorities and delivering compliant, scalable solutions.

You will drive AI use cases, governance, data readiness, and enterprise partnerships across IT, Data & AI, Architecture, Privacy and Security, ensuring measurable value and responsible human–AI collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 12+ years of technology leadership experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Proven program leadership in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience with GxP, privacy, and GDPR requirements.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and analytics for value realization.
