Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, life sciences, data science, or related field.
• Industry experience: 12+ years in technology leadership in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
• Program leadership: experience leading large, global projects in matrix organizations.
• Business & tech acumen: enterprise tech, digital, data, or analytics in regulated environments (GxP, GDPR).
• AI & analytics: knowledge of Generative AI and Predictive AI applied to business goals.
• Responsible AI: privacy, security, governance, and risk-based oversight.
• Executive stakeholder management: influence strategy with senior leaders.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills for senior audiences.
• People leadership: track record building high-performance teams.
• Change leadership: leading technology-enabled change with role modeling.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with Global Medical Affairs leadership to translate needs into tech initiatives.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive Medical IT roadmap aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead delivery of Medical IT projects with governance, compliance and quality focus.
• Develop business cases and value realization plans for technology investments.
• Drive innovation in digital health, data analytics, and AI with measured value.
• Govern AI delivery with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
