The role partners with Alexion/AZ integration teams, drives a long-term technology roadmap, and develops governance, budgeting, and PMO practices to enable rapid, secure, and compliant technology delivery.

Formación

• Over 15 years of broadly-based IT leadership and change management experience.
• Proven ability to align complex IT strategies with business goals.
• Experience leading large-scale technology implementations and global programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic IT leadership to AstraZeneca's enterprise stakeholders.
• Lead innovation platforms linking business needs with emerging tech.
• Develop and execute a long-term IT vision and governance.
• Oversee PMO, development standards, and portfolio management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing IT organization.
