Responsibilities

• Production & Shoot Logistics: Manage production calendars, call sheets, bookings, and releases; handle travel bookings and shoot logistics.
• Creative Development: Research, treatment writing/editing, and moodboard creation.
• On-Set Coordination: Provide on-site support to keep shoots on schedule and provide what talent/crew need.
• Post-Production Support: QC, captioning, schedule post-production, and staff editing/graphics.
• Business & Admin Support: Bridge to bookkeepers and admin; organize receipts, track costs, assist with vendor onboarding and 401k paperwork.
• Newsletter & Social: Research, proofreading, and schedule weekly newsletter and social posts.
• Team Logistics: Plan team events and manage company swag and gifting.
