HDR Building Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the discipline and drive strategic growth across projects in the United States. You will mentor teams, ensure quality, and collaborate with stakeholders to elevate HDR’s mechanical capabilities.

Based in the Pittsburgh area with opportunities across locations, you will shape multi-disciplinary designs for high-performance buildings and critical infrastructure, leveraging HDR’s global expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• Registered Professional Engineer or equivalent certification.
• Significant design experience on large, multi-discipline buildings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
