Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Master Data Management & Data Governance in the United States. You will own MDM policy, data domains, and alignment across Enterprise Data Warehouses and Lakes to support global orthopedics.

You will lead a team, partner with IT and business units, drive landscape priorities, and mentor associates while ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in Business/IT or related field required.
• Minimum 10+ years work experience in MDH or data governance.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management data landscape and harmonize data needs to drive business objectives.
• Lead the MDM systems landscape and manage landscape priorities with partners.
• Develop and deliver training and education to staff on MDM processes and tools.
• Maintain engagement with executives to plan and execute improvement efforts.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and company policies.
