Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director of Global Master Data Management & Data Governance to lead enterprise data strategy across Orthopaedics organizations. The role centers on defining data policies, ensuring data quality, and guiding cross-functional teams including IT, Supply Chain, and R&D.

Based in the United States with remote options on a case-by-case basis, you will drive harmonization, data maturity, and AI readiness while aligning with DePuy Synthes objectives.

Qualifications

• BS, BA degree ( Business/IT related preferred), MBA or MS
• Strong Project/Account management and Testing Strategy skills
• Experience with Master Data Management, Supply Chain, R&D, Corporate, and Commercial Systems
• Experience leading teams to improve quality and processes
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage multiple initiatives

Responsibilities

• Owner of the Global Master Data Management data landscape and systems landscape.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to MDM associates.
• Develop training materials and lead education on MDM concepts.
• Collaborate with IT, Supply Chain, and R&D to meet program requirements.
• Drive continuous improvements across MDM domains and systems.
• Communicate issues or opportunities to senior management.
