Qualifications

• BS/BA in Business/IT related field (MBA/MS preferred).
• 10+ years work experience in related field and prior people management experience.
• Experience creating Master Data Management strategy for multi-faceted data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management data landscape and drive harmonization.
• Lead a team to deliver landscape priorities and improve data capabilities.
• Develop training materials and mentor staff across MDM domains.
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to gather requirements for enterprise data solutions.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to senior leadership.
