Johnson & Johnson seeks a Director of Global Master Data Management Governance to own the data policy, domain-to-platform alignment, and data quality standards across the orthopedic enterprise. This role drives strategic data initiatives and partners with IT, R&D, and commercial teams to enable data-driven decision making.

Based in the United States with potential remote/hybrid options, the role guides policy, ensures compliance, and leads a high-performing team through complex data programs

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or IT; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years of related work experience; people management.
• Experience creating an enterprise Master Data Management strategy.
• Strong project management and vendor coordination.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management data landscape and drive harmonization.
• Lead the MDM systems landscape and prioritize initiatives.
• Mentor and develop the MDM team across functions.
• Maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to grow MDM capabilities.
• Establish metrics to improve data quality and processes.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to senior leadership.
