Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Director, Global Master Data Management & Data Governance to lead data strategy and governance across the orthopaedics and enterprise data landscape in the United States. The role is field-based, with locations including NJ/PA and remote options considered case-by-case.

You will own the MDM data landscape, lead a team of professionals, drive governance across enterprise data warehouses, and partner with IT and business units to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or MBA/MS in a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years in data management, governance, or related roles.
• Proven people management experience leading teams.
• Experience creating MDM strategies supporting multi-faceted data architecture and AI readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Master Data Management data landscape and drive harmonization.
• Lead a managed team and partners to deliver on landscape priorities.
• Mentor associates and build capability across the organization.
