Job summary

Intelligent-Manufacturing-Solutions is seeking a Materials Handler Coordinator to manage shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment. You will verify goods against POs, packages for shipment, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system.

The role involves forklift operation, cycle counts, and ensuring safe handling of materials. The position supports production by staging materials per work orders, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining organized stockrooms.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous warehouse/receiving/kitting experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ESDSensitive materials or SMT inventory is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials, verify part numbers and quantities, label items, and store in designated locations.
• Identify and report receiving discrepancies, damaged materials, and shortages; assist with follow-up.
• Pick, move, and stage materials for production according to work orders and supervisor directions.
• Complete ERP receipts, transfers, material issues, and accompanying documentation.
• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, stockroom activities, and staging for production.
• Prepare and verify kits against pick lists or work orders; report missing components.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory variance research.
• Maintain material identification, traceability, safe handling, and organized storage, including ESD precautions.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; follow standard work instructions.
