Job summary

Leidos Inc. is seeking a Material Project Manager for the Military Services Solutions Materials team within the Naval Enterprise Networks division.

The role covers global supply chain material purchases for a major Navy program, coordinating with Contracting Officers, suppliers, logistics, and asset management to meet milestones. The ideal candidate has a BA with 4–8 years of experience (or a Master’s with 2–6 years), strong MS Office skills, Power BI, and expertise in procurement strategy,

Qualifications

  • Requires a BA degree or equivalent experience and 4–8 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 2–6 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, SharePoint, Power Apps and Power BI.
  • Experience with procurement, forecasting and supplier management.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline procurement processes to align with customer requirements.
  • Interface with leadership to generate material requirements and support acquisition plans.
  • Maintain material movement reports across manufacturing and inventory.
  • Coordinate forecasts, workload, expediting and priority with leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with FAR and Leidos policies in sourcing and procurement.
  • Manage supplier relationships, blanket agreements and cost avoidance.
  • Communicate with internal and client teams to influence design and approaches.
