Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Material Program Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities on Patriot US Sustainment & MAP Programs. The role spans from capture to sustainment in a matrix environment, onsite in Andover, MA, or Huntsville, AL.

The candidate will drive planning, risk management, and supplier development, collaborating with IPTs, Procurement, and FP&A to ensure predictable performance and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years.
• Experience with budget and EV management, MRP systems and tools such as PRISM and KINAXIS, ROM Tool, AOP and/or proposals.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and interface to the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Report program status and communicate critical issues, offering solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using MFT, aligned with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A; analyze variances.
• Manage material sales risk and opportunity using ROM Tool to ensure predictability.
• Support program start-up activities, including MPP, CFB, baselining and supplier development.
• Assist end-to-end proposal management with PMER kick-offs and LADS proposals team collaboration.
• Support program audits and EXIM licensing requirements.
